Overcharging and poor adminsitration

I was prescribed the use of and oxygen generator for a period of one month after a heart infection. They were very efficient in delivery and demanding a R1500 deposit and a full month rental, upfront cleared into account before delivery. This spanned 17 Nov 2015 to 16 Dec 2015. On 07 Dec 2015 I received an invoice for another full month rental, which I queried and was assured would be credited. On 15 Dec 2015 I called to arrange collection and the rep informed she was on leave in Durban, she would collect on 22 Dec 2015 and sort it out with the office. The collection happened, and I was informed the deposit would take \Two Weeks\" to refund??<br> <br> End January after following up 50% deposit is refunded, on querying it I was told I had been charged for DEC??? and although they will pass credit I must wait another week for the refund??? <br> <br> All this after numerous phone calls to them to chase them up after the \"holidays\"<br> <br> Quick to take your money not so quick to refund, also not a Medical aid covered item.
