Outstanding Service

I will forever be grateful to Ecomed for being literally the only company available and willing to assist my Mother days before Christmas in supplying her with an Oxygen Concentrator on short notice (after another supplier let us down). Michelle was absolutely super and efficient in organizing for a Machine to be delivered by Casper - which ultimately ensured that she could spend Christmas at home and with her new grandchild. Their assistance, customer service and communication has been great and has given my mother ease of mind knowing that they will be there should she need anything. My family and I really can not thank you enough.
