Ecomed terrible to deal with! SHOCKING
Ecomed is the worst company in the medical industry to deal with. We paid a deposit and now they wont pay the deposit back for oxygen equipment after handing back the equipment in may 2021. They say they wrote off R7800.00 because our medical aid would not pay it?! No company would write off R7800 against a deposit of R720?! This sounds like a story to intimidate the client from claiming the deposit back. MD OF ECOMED PLEASE PHONE ME. I want to tell MD of my horror story from start to end with dealing with this company. Which company writes off R7800 and keeps quiet about it ?!

22 Sept 2021, 16:34Ecomed made contact and confirmed that our medical aid failed to pay the R7800 outstanding to. We withdraw our previous statement. Unfortunately nobody contacted us to inform us that Ecomed would write off the R7800, which we appreciate most sincerely. Thanks so much and my humblest apologies.
