Ecomed Medical HUMONGOUS thank you!

I would like to give out a HUMONGOUS shout out to Victor Ferreira and his staff at ECOMED MEDICAL for the incredible service that we recently received on a problem inverter. Due to that no-name company who has a problem supplying electricity we were forced to buy an inverter some 12 months ago. Initially had a problem withe batteries and they changed them without a fuss. However, even though it was supposed to run a concentrator for about 4 hours at a setting of 4 we could never get more than 3 and bit hours on setting of 2. Just before expiry my daughter contacted them and they were more than willing to assist. Took the batteries & inverter away. Supp**** oxygen tanks in its place and did a multitude of tests. It would appear that the batteries may have not been suitable. Inverter tested OK. New batteries with a guarantee on their way. We have dealt with a number of medical suppliers over the past 10 years of my wife's illness and none of them would have even considered a fraction of the assistance Victor and his team gave us. The team deserve a case of Bells!
