Bitter-sweet

This is a bitter-sweet review. But unfortunately the bitter overshadowed the sweet from my experience with Ecomed.

Apart from always having to wait at least a week for oxygen every time I had to refill my cylinder (lots of load-shedding in that time, preventing me from using the oxygen concentrator), the woman running the office in Klerksdorp is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever come across. I would not speak to a dog the way she treats the patients. Always snide remarks and no compassion for a specific situation.

The sweet part - Staff from head-office was always accomodating and went the extra mile. I would like to mention Quintin and Lea. Thank you!
