Bad customer service, delay confirmation and confusing pricing!!

I'll avoid this company unless I am desperate. I'd give negative star, if that was possible. Don't be shocked if you get added GST on the brochure price.

Upon enquiry on why the price is higher they refer to a tiny terms & condition section that you could barely notice saying "add GST to quoted prices unless indicated GST free".

When my husband requested admin to add GST on listed price in future so that desperate needy patients communicate with NDIS representative correctly, the answer was rude "We never had any problem with this. It's very straight forward".

To me it is confusing and probably deceptive!
