Filthy spa, rude manager and untrained staff using cheap clicks products.

Utterly discusting spa. 0 stars would have been my rating. ****roaches under massage bed, damp towels and no professional spa products being used. Clicks aqueous cream and dirty nail files were used. The one nail file had red cutex from the previous client on it and nothing was sanitised. All items used for pedicure was previously used and old. Foot files no longer rough enough to file feet. Walls and doors has water damage. Very rude manager that was disrespectful towards me and my husband aswell as the ladies working there. I ended our treatment early as i could no longer tolerate the poor quality of service. I addressed my concerns with the manager and he raised his voice and got very offensive. He told me I would get a refund. Needless to say no refund was offered and now the entire group of eclipse day spa is ignoring my calls and messages. Please don't waste your time making use of this poor quality and standard spa.
