Andries should never have sold
<p>I have been with ECC Systems for a couple of years now and everything was awesome. Even after marblesharp took over, things were great. Friday morning the internet went down and it is now Sunday night and it is still down. I have been in the communications industry (wifi specifically) for 11 years and have never heard of Marblesharp an what internet provider is not on the internet? Absolutely no onli e footprint??????</p> <p> </p> <p>I digress. I called 12 times on Friday, twice on Saturday. I have sent smses. These blokes just refuse to answer their phones. Come on guys......man the **** up and face the issues. If your customers are down at least have the ***** to face them and say sorry, but igoring them.....if that is the way business is done, I think you should sell off your customer base and open a car wash.</p> <p> </p> <p>My business is dead in the water because these dudes can't keep **** together.</p> <p> </p> <p>This spells a poor future for a company that I have known for more than 8 years.
