<p>EC3 unauthorised deductions</p> <p>YOU ARE *****ING MY LIFE AWAY</p> <p>I am a pensioner & have had an exceptionally traumatic year</p> <p> </p> <p>That together with exorbitant inflation really makes life tough enough to deal with without having to double check everything</p> <p>Since - May 2016, an amount of R39,00 has been deducted from my account.</p> <p>PLEASE</p> <p>Don't for one second tell me I authorised it</p> <p>I know where I was & what was happening in my life</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect to get a full refund</p> <p>Not very fair is it ?</p> <p> </p> <p>I now have to make phone calls - take a special trip to the bank -</p> <p>sit in queues - wait - holding on line eventually costing me so much extra in health, time & money.</p> <p>You are *****ing my life</p> <p>Lets see if you could care</p>
