Unauthorised Debit Order
<p>I just noticed that there is a monthly debit order of R39 on my bank account for something called EC3 S-Drive. I don't even know what it is. have never agreed to it and I never authorised the debit order. I would like to request that the debit order be stopped immediately.</p> <p> </p>
I was contacted by Loshni early this morning and she aoplogised for the misunderstanding. It seems that the problem was not with EC3 but rather Autopage. She also confirmed that the service and debit order has been cancelled and that she is awaiting feedback regarding the refund of funds already deducted. Thanks to Loshni for great and friendly service.
