Unauthorised debit order
About 3 weeks ago I was contacted by someone from Sdrive wanting to add this R39 service to my account. <br> <br> I DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS. I told that guy I DID NOT WANT this service added to my account and now the debit order is set to go off tomorrow? <br> <br> Please cancel this deduction from my account! How did you get my account details and just be ok with approving a debit order when I said I DO NOT want this service?<br> <br> Please fix this!

Thank you for your response. The SMS was merely an advance notification of your pending debit order. We will remove this well beforehand as it is clear you do not wish to make use of the service anymore.
