SDRIVE, which seems to be a business arm of Ec3, telemarketed their service to me as an Autopage Cellular customer. I was disinterested & did not agree to anything. SDRIVE undertook to send me details per email, which I never received. My Autopage invoices made no reference to any SDRIVE charges. I subsequently received a "courtesy call" from presumably an SDRIVE agent telling me that MTN had taken over Autopage and that my SDRIVE account would not be affected. I took no notice of this call as I had not taken out any contract with SDRIVE and knew nothing about their service.
Despite the fact that I had not received any documentation (contract, conditions, invoices, debit order authorizations etc) from SDRIVE and had not agreed to anything, I discovered that I had been debited R39 per month since May 2016. After obtaining details of the debit order from my bankers I phoned SDRIVE because I could not recall what service they provided and knew that I had not entered into any agreement with them. On request they sent me recordings of the two calls, which proved that in neither case did I agree to their service. SDRIVE undertook to cancel the debit order but would not refund the previous payments. They are nothing more than ******* so beware.

I contacted my bankers to find out how it was possible for a debit order to be instituted without my knowledge or consent. I am still awaiting a response.
