Excellent client service !!

I had a dispute with EC3 and my problem was resolved very fast and efficiently by a lady named Loshni Odayan who is Head of Sales Support, she called me and spoke me through the entire process so that I could better understand what happened. The debit order was cancelled with immediate effect. Today a transfer was done and my funds returned to me. This is really great client service, thank you EC3 and in particular Loshni ! You rock....5 stars to you !!!
