Ec3 poor service
Ec3 is a ******* company as they dont pay employees n also treat they staff like dirt

In our 6 years of existence we have always paid every cent duly owed to employees. Should you have any issue at any time we have always had very open doors to communicate to all staff. This review is very unfair and unwarranted. Please have the common decency and courage to talk face to face to resolve issues you may have.

As you have seen fit to try and shame the company unnecessarily, perhaps the public should get the facts.
You have hardly been at work the past month and halfway through last Friday you decided to resign. Further to this you requested that we reverse the medical aid contribution which we could not as we are liable to pay as this is a pre paid benefit -you will still have access to the benefit for the next month.
I understand your unhappiness in this regard, however venting and trying to discredit the company is not the best way forward.
Good luck in your future endeavours, and may I suggest you clearly understand that when you work for a salary you need to be at work every day. A better attitude will surely also help your career advancement.
