Amazing service

I had a problem with mix telematics on Wednesday not being able to explain the offer they had on their tracker deal however after writing a review on hello peter they got a drive (company offering the additional service) to contact me and explain these. What blew me away though was the fact that I also got a call form EC3 customer service manager Loshni O'Day an to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused. This was mind blowing as i never expected this at all. Not only that when she heard why I needed the info she personally arranged my baby's booking and made sure I got confirmation. She checked on me every step to make sure I received confirmation of the trip. Pity mix telematics is not doing justice to EC3 cause what I experienced today should be experienced by everyone all the time. Thank you so very much Loshni for the phenomenal service.
