Adds Sdrive to bill without my permission

I recieved a call from a consultant from Ec3 selling me Sdrive and says coz i am a loyal autopage customer they want to add me to it,then sends me a email confirming i have been added so without my authourisation they added me on so i contacted Loshnie on the 13 October 2015 she says they went back on the recording and i was correct i did not wnt the dam thing so she sends me a mail confirming that no money will be deducted but today i get my bill and i have been billed R5.70 for 2 days,now i call her says i paid for 2 days but i did not want this so i want the ****** credit into me autopage bill withing 24hrs!!!
