worse dealership

We bought a car from them we asked the sales man Marcileno and he promised that we will get a sparewheel, jack and spanner and spare keys we agreed upon a price on otp recceived it was different we asked can we pay a holding deposit no they wanted the full payment. we collected the car then get told there is no sparewheel jack,spanner and keys the sales manager saleem rude and arrogant says vehicle is sold as is we have confirmation of what was agreed and promised stay away
