Vehicles are not what the seem

On 8 August i purchased a Peugeot 207 white, as per rep imaculat condition, nothing wrong and even said is under warranty. The evening of the 8th vehicle was dropped never mind we were charged 10k for delivery for 27kms anyways i tel the rep Mr Pillay the vehicle smells like petrol his answer is he drove it from JHB its normal, he also delivered this vehicle with a cracked window screen, remote not working and non roadworthy tyres. 2nd day driving the revs on the vehicle shoot up still smelling like petrol i contact him he sais its normal in these vehicles, i remind him about the other issues and he sais vehicle will be booked in next week i tell him im not happy i want another vehicle he sais hel get back to me. 1 week later vehicle goes in they replace windscreen, put second hand tyres on and they say they dont cover the remote, the rep also asked we pay delivery fees via cash send after we already paid 10k for delivery, which we did .Vehicle gets delivered i go wash it and fill with petrol i drive home here the car leaks petrol ,ask for assistance again to no prevail, keeps saying his manager will be in contact. its now 16th i drove the vehicle last week the car woudnt move i phoned Pillay crying saying it wont move i told him i need assisance what happened to swopping the car he said the manager said no, i then get home car goes to MRI approved dealership after a full days hunt due to them saying they dont receive payment they dont want to touch the car. Friday i get a invoice of 18k saying the car needs new pumps, flywheel is damaged needs seals water bottle is leaking the list goes on,and some parts they cant get, he also sais the insurnce wont cover it, me been in the industry i phone and get informaiton that EBK is suppose to assist first there after it gets to insurance i have requested the report for the vehicle as i wonder how it was passed through ,roadworthy now R110k later no vehicle they say they going to assist but still no wheels and no results this vehicle is under 2 months old driven less than 500kms . i want a new vehicle to the value or i stop payment at the bank and you will deal with the bank i will have this company investigated what you have done is wrong, i will als have you flagged at every insurance company and bank.

Thabo the manager said his busy with it yet time is runing out my debit order is due next week and i wont pay it.!! fix this
