Vehicle purchase BMW

Not enough stars on here for a genuine rating. Nonetheless, I went through to purchase a vehicle on Saturday. Arrived at 07:30 and got served with coffee and warmth. Salesman Thabo was exceptional from start to finish as recent as yesterday, he called to find out how the vehicle is treating me. This is what I personally call service, after sales service, humanity and understanding your consumer needs.

Without dwelling on unnecessary elaborations. I would like to personally thanks Thabo, Jabu, Zulu gentleman whom I forgot the name (if I am not mistaken who is a team leader), Mandla “Spikiri” Ncube & Sibusiso who are individuals that spent the morning with me. The level of service was incredible, a small dealership with employees that have big pure hearts, Thanks Gents for the patience and ensuring your provide adequate information to the best of your knowledge with regards to vehicle purchases.

I appreciate the efforts out together from your own pockets and not the dealerships petty cash, to ensure you provide breakfast for me and making sure that I am comfortable.

Sincerely and genuinely appreciated.

I do hope EBK sees the value you add within their company and pulls up their socks to ensure customers get coffee, breakfast like how you provided to me and the 6 customers I saw whilst I was there.
