They sold us a Ford Ka last

They sold us a Ford Ka last.week Friday. Today a week ago. According to them, the sales guy and the paper info, the car needed slight body tlc and then the Tyrerods needed fixing and a major service. No oil leaks were noticed or reported. Only to have the car at a mechanic since yesterday to find out what they said was small problems ons the car IS NOT THE PROBLE.S, BUT NOW CAR NEEDS NEW STEERING RACK COMPLETE, NEW GASKET AS THE OIL LEAKS OUT OF THE GEARBOX. I reguested R3000 back on this sale and they are totally ignoring the matter. We.also do not even have the papers on the car we have to wait for that to be courierd????
