STAY AWAY FROM EBK AUTO DEALERS!!!;

The WORST dealer EVER!!! Very scaly! They make you go through all the trouble of applying for finance, running up and down to get all in order & inform you it has been approved. Then suddenly you realise the cost seem a bit high. When you question it, they spin a story that the bank 'requested' that a warranty plan be taken out and that they've added it to your finance amount - a warranty plan from their dealer, meaning additional cash in their pocket! When you demand it be removed as warranty plans are NOT mandatory then suddenly you are told that the finance was not approved! More than 24 hours after initially being told otherwise. And you are told that you must go through another dealer because the vehicle you are interested in will now be sold cash. They NEVER get back to you! Keep on the line forever when YOU phone THEM for an update! Mala, Rodney & Ephraim are all part of the same dealership (Braamfontein) spinning bull**** stories, lacking serious customer service & professionalism! I would not recommend ANYONE use them EVER!!!! Many other capable dealers out there. EBK Auto Dealers are NOT 1 of them!
