Rude supervisor

We bought a car last week Wednesday from EBK lts less than a week the car is leaking oil and the wipers aren't working. We took the car back to the dealer and we were assisted by a very rude guy name Shane who claimed that he's the manager. I will become never recommend anyone to buy from EBT, they service sucks
