Regret buying from them

The worst service ever received from EBK dealers in Turfontein.Purchased a vehicle and advised them of problem the next day,2months later still no feedback.Keep getting told that the Salesman Ernest will speak to management.I spoke to a so called manager Emmanuel and he can't make a decision.I was told that the aircon needs regasing which I didn't mind paying for,but was advised at a aircon company that the aircon pump is faulty.When I advised them they got their in-house so called mechanic who also says that the aircon needs regasing of which I advised that they can take the vehicle and regas and I'll pay,suddenly the place that they deal with for regasing equipment wasn't working.I then advised I'll take it to a place and they give me quote on what's wrong with the pump and how much it will cost to fix ,will they then cover the cost?Still waiting for feedback.I regret even considering buying a car from them.
