PAPERS FOR THE CAR

I bought a car at EBK Autodealer in La Rochelle, on the 13th of February 2024 and I was told that I will get the papers for the car in 14 days. I still have not received the papers. I have been calling and communicating with them via WhatsApp, sometimes they tell me that the papers are still with the traffic department, or maybe they are still with the auction or with the bank. I do not know what to believe anymore. Today I called the manager who told me that he is going to check where the papers are.
