Oranges and Lemons

I had a rollercoaster ride with these guys. The Autotrader address sent me to the Vrededorp branch, only to be told the car we wanted was at the Larochelle branch. We drove there and the experience was terrible. The sales people did not seem to know much about the cars. The service was rushed and very unprofessional. The managers were busy smoking when we had questions on some cars. We drove back to Vrededorp and thankfully the experience was much better. The receptionist Lady greeted us with a big smile and the manager Rodney is one of the best sales person that I have dealt with. He has a very good knowledge of cars and was able to answer all our questions and offer advise on the best car for our son. His conduct and patience with us convinced us to do business with Ebk. The coffee and water was a good touch for us having driven 4 hours from home.
