One lie to top the previous lie

Please be very careful when dealing with these guys. We have been waiting for the Natis document of a vehicle we bought from EBK on the 5th of December. i have spoken to what seems like everyone there, Rodney, Patrick, Vincent the dealer principals, each one of them contradicts the other. We were meant to collect the document today just to find out that they are closed till the new year! We have been told by Vincent the sales manager that the client had settled the vehicle and that they were awaiting the client to accompany them to the bank to collect the Natis. Today i am told by Patrick that they settled the vehicle and are awaiting a reference number from Wesbank to collect the Natis. Irfaan, the dealer principal, was meant to call me back last week has most likely fallen off the face of the earth. The lies and contadiction of these people is astounding, please be VERY carefull when dealing with these guys. As a dealership manager i have dealt with Wesbank on numerous occations, so the lies you tell uninformed clients are not going to work with me. EBK, Ellusive - ****** - *** praaters
