Oil leaks and smoke from exhaust

Hi<br> <br> I have bought a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 CRDi cash from the mentioned dealer on 14/01/2016 for R87 000. After I bought the vehicle I noticed it blows smoke from the exhaust and it has various oil leaks.<br> I reported it to the dealer a week after the sale and a couple of times after. I eventually spoke to Clint and he said it is not their problem, I bought the vehicle as is, which I cannot determine on the contract<br> <br> I took it to mechanic for assessment and he found the turbo leaking oil and on the engine head oil is leaking passed the oil filter and that the turbo might be in the process of failing or the injectors is over fueling.<br> I want EBK to repair this<br> <br> They also advertised the vehicle with FULL service history and marked YES at SERVICE HISTORY in the DOCUMENTS RECEIVED clause, but none was given to me. <br> There is a partial history at Hyundai up to 90 000 km (it had 203 000km with sale)<br> Clint explained to me it was serviced with another company, but there is no record.<br> <br> I was also not handed a CERTIFICATE OF ROAD-WORTHINESS, although the contract say the seller will obtain one. <br> <br> I am still waiting response from EBK. I have mailed them today also.<br> <br> What is my chances??<br>
