No spare wheel, tools or jack

After I paid for the vehicle, I discovered that it did not have a spare wheel, jack or wheel spanner. I've spent a lot of money buying a rim, tyre, jack, wheel spanner and tools that were missing. All the wheels had an anti-theft lock not and I did not have the key. These had to be drilled out and replaced.
