Mickey Mouse Dealership | Extremely Poor Service, Broken Promises & Questionable Vehicle Handling

I purchased a BMW 1 Series from EBK Auto Dealers on 31 March 2026, and my experience has been highly disappointing from the outset.

On the day I went to view the vehicle, I discovered that it had a clutch issue and was not in a drivable condition. I was informed that this had occurred after the vehicle was damaged by one of the dealership’s workers. As a result, I could not take delivery as planned and had to return the following day after the issue was repaired.

From the beginning, this raised concerns about the condition of the vehicle and the dealership’s internal controls.

In addition, I was explicitly informed that the registration documents (NaTIS) would be ready within 21 days. This commitment was not honoured.

Over a month later, I was still left without my documents, with no communication, no updates, and no accountability. Multiple follow-ups to both Jabulile and Yan were ignored, reflecting a complete lack of professionalism and respect for a paying customer.

Only after formally escalating the matter did I suddenly receive feedback that the documents were “received yesterday” and could be couriered via PEP. This raises serious concerns about transparency and whether any urgency would have been app**** had I not escalated.

Overall, this experience reflects:

Poor vehicle handling and quality control

Failure to meet agreed timelines

Lack of communication and accountability

Reactive service only once pressure was app****

After such a prolonged delay, I am now expected to accept further inconvenience through courier arrangements, rather than being offered a customer-focused resolution.

This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would strongly caution others when dealing with EBK Auto Dealers, particularly regarding post-sale service and vehicle readiness. This is a Mickey Mouse dealership and if you go on Tik Tok - you'd see the number of complaints from other customers.
