I sold a car without papers of the car

I sold a car without papers of the car. I went traffic department to change ownership, but I couldn’t because they never gave me papers. I asked them about the papers and they answered me that they do not have. I got so frustrated in such a way that, I’m scared that what if I sold a ****** car. I am so frustrated and disappointed from such horrible service I received from EBK. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them, the only thing they care about is making money, they don’t really care of the client after sale. I am so ****ed by this kind of treatment.
