I bought a car 20 december last year Spark chevrolet 2011 blue , Kulani Bigman helped us but they did not fill the emarking form i am struggling to change the ownership, He sent me to Mochidi the guy said he will personally help after talking to him from friday ,and today i contacted him he is very rude i must say ,he is not giving the straight answer......i told them my license disc is expired my 21days ends tomorrow , I do not know what to do now.
