FALSE ADVERTISING EBK AUTODEALERS CC ROSETTENVILLE JHB

17/01/24 (12:12) I purchased a car from EBK Autodealers CC Rosettenville Johannesburg. The purchase was done online therefore I sent a representative to collect the lease. Full payment was sent to the dealership however no lease was received or receipt. I requested to speak to the manager and requested that he send the lease BUT Nothing The hard copy was given to the representative for me to sign .To my surprise manager (Mike) authorized the vehicle to be moved out without my signed lease agreement, the same afternoon I went through the lease and looked at the vehicle. I noticed the were numerous issues and the car didn't look as advertised. EBK AUTODEALERS ARE NOT SELLING WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. NEXT DAY I WANTED TO TRADE-IN AND OR TOP-UP AND I WAS TOLD NO TRADE-INS. I WENT TO 3 POLICE STATIONS.DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE YOU. I NEVER SIGNED THE LEASE AND I HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OF THE CAR .
