Extremely BAD - no assistance after paying and driving the car for 29.9 km BROKE DOWN

Hi - Please read below I bought a car and paid Cash/EFT from EBK Auto Dealers, they assured me the vehicle was in perfect condition - 2005 Mercedes E200K their employees were driving back with me we did 29.9 km the car broke down smoking from the engine from my experience this is a timing Chaim or Oil Pump that came – I am again saying with them we did 29.9KM when this happened, I have recorded everything from Photo’s Voice recorder and Video, when it broke after only 29.9 KM of driving in normal condition and getting stuck on a main road and nearly having an accident. I asked my insurance as I just put it on cover at their premises to send a tow truck as they said they don’t have a truck to tow and did not help in any way with their employees being present, they DEMANDED to have the car stay by my residence which I and my insurance refused, and they were adamant to have it being driven to my residence after starting with the engine smoking in the front – I have the video of Talwyn driving my car back and possibly causing more damage when I told them to leave it there and wait for the truck, they have not gotten back to me, no one from EBK got back to me except for Adleen where he told me to have it driven by Talwyn to my premises, I have all the witnesses and I called Budget insurance to cancel the truck not to incur costs to Budget Insurance as for what EBK said.

I seek a full refund of my money R69 000 I paid for and my time my petrol, I had commitments today that REGARDED MY WIFE and they destroyed my day, and my pocket. Alternatively, as the vehicle by their choice is here, Talwyn suggested that I get a quotation and have it repaired FOR THIS ISSUE WICH TOOK 29.9KM OF DRIVING AND THEY MUST PAY ME FOR THE DAMAGES BEFORE COMMENCEMENT – I DID SPEAK TO AN EXTREMELY GOOD AND RELIABLE LONG TERM MECHANIC AND HE TOLD ME TIMING CHAIN AND OIL PUMP WHICH THE WHOLE HEAD NEEDS TO BE SENT AWAY IF NO OTHER DAMAGES HAVE BEEN DONE BY Talwyn driving when I told him not to – I UNDERSTAND IT IS A SECOND HANDE VEHICLE, BUT THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE, ETHICAL OR ACCEPTABLE FOR 30 MINUTES OF DRIVING FROM EBK AUTO DEALERS IN LA ROCHELLE. EVERYTHING FROM THE DRIVING OF TALWYN TO MY RESIDENCE HAS BEEN RECORDED AND I WILL SEND IF NEEDED

I NEED HELP IN RECOVERING MY FULL MONEY AND WANT THEM TO COLLECT THIS CAR FROM ME IMMEDIATELY ALTERNATIVELY THE MECHANIC SAYS IT IS AROUND R30 000.00 TO REPAIR FROM WHAT I EXPLAINED TO THE VIDEO, AS HE SPECIALISES WITH MERCEDES, THIS WAS MY LAST MONEY AND I ENTRUSTED EBK AUTO DEALERS.
