EBK - Poor Car Customer Service
I purchased a car from EBK Auto Dealers just 4 months ago, and since then, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The vehicle has had ongoing engine and oil issues that have already cost me R14,500 in repairs. Most recently, I spent R5,700 replacing the fuel pump, and now I have been quoted R42,000 for major engine repairs.
What is truly frustrating is the complete lack of accountability from the team at EBK Auto Dealers. Bukho, the sales agent, was great when I was buying the car, but once the issues started, his service has been terrible. He’s been rude, dismissive, and quick to tell me that they are not responsible for any of the problems.
As for Rodney, a senior member, while he answers my calls, he never provides any actual solutions. He makes promises to help but never follows through, and I’m always left chasing them for answers. I’ve requested information on their return policy and procedures, but they completely ignore me. It’s clear they have no interest in assisting me or standing by their product once the sale is made.
I am now forced to seek legal assistance, as it’s become clear that EBK Auto Dealers has no intention of resolving the issues or upholding any kind of customer care or warranty.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from EBK Auto Dealers to think twice. Their after-sales service is horrible, and the lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. Save yourself the stress and money—avoid this dealership at all costs.
