EBK is dishonest.

On the 19th of September, I saw a vehicle on their website. I contacted the "sales manager", Rodney, immediately. As I live 1000 km away, he sent me more photos and I got a friend to have a look at the car. We decided to take the vehicle, we had finance approved and were sent the invoice from the finance house. We sent the finance person and Rodney numerous emails, voice notes and whatsapps to confirm that we will be taking the car, with no response. Calls went unanswered and we were completely ignored. After a week had gone by, my wife eventually got in touch with the dealer principle, who informed us that the car had been sold the day before and that he would get back to us. Needles to say, this has not happened. EBK is unprofessional and dishonest and I urge anyone who does business with them, to think again.
