EBK IS A **** DEALERSHIP WHO TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY

Had a very bad first encounter with this dealership. They sold me a car knowing it was involved in an accident but they never disclosed the full history of that vehicle. Told me tires where new but they were worn out. I'm a lady. I don't know much about cars so I re**** on the sales person to give me truthful information. Km on dashboard where way more less than km disclosed on service book. Which means they sold me the car under false pretence. They de*****ed me of my hard earned money. When I take the car back to them, they say I must lodge a complaint to the motor ombudsman which takes forever to resolve issues. It's their way of delaying the process. Meanwhile I'm driving a car that takes out smoke when I'm driving and the engine is extremely hot when I drive for an hour. I'm scared to drive this car. Don't trust them. Make thorough investigations before signing because they don't want to take accountability. I'm opening a case against them as I believe the motor ombudsman is on their side that's why they where so free in saying lodge a complaint with them. They know it takes months and months before they respond.
