EBK IS A **** DEALER

Still no response from my complaint from both the dealership and the motor ombudsman. The turn around time for response has passed. Both companies have failed to come back to me with a response. Even after so many emails sent to both companies still no response. No one wants to take accountability for their cruel actions and motor ombudsman is dragging their feet. No proper structure to help customers in need. Going to try and open a case. Since the motor ombudsman is also not responding
