EBK dealership is dishonest and will out right lie to get the sale

I bought a car from Bernard at EBK Rosettenville, before I bought it I had a concern about the front bumper that is damaged and was *****ed into place. I was then assured by the manger Trevor that it was not a problem and that it was cheap to replace. He then said that they would get me a quote from the repair centre that they use. They got me the quote and the total come to R1110.00 but when I took the car to the repair centre I was told that the quote doesn't cover replacing the bumper but to only hide the *****s. Which means Trevor and Bernard both out right **** to me regarding this. I contacted Bernard and I'm now being ignored.
