Ebk Auto Dealers Con stars

So I bought a car at Ebk Auto Dealers and before driving off with the car I realized that the back Windows weren't working,the company promised to have them fixed after I lodged a complain with them,this was in January,It's been two months now and I haven't got any feedback from the company and the manager who handled my complaint,Mr K Motha has been avoiding our calls,we sent the cops to them and he promised to contacted us,When they went back to look for him he was no where to be found the employees there are helping him run from us. The salesman Richman/Scelo also promised to get back to us with regards to the window mechanisms which the company had to replace but no contacts has been made ever since. All I want is for the company to replace my window mechanisms or give me back the money to have them replaced by myself. This was not the only fault on the yet that is my biggest concern on the car.
