DON'T BUY CARS FROM EBK, YOU WILL REGRET IT

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!! Bought 2 cars from EBK auto dealers La Rochelle in June 2025. It took them 5 months to send the cars' papers and even then it's because we were sitting on their necks. When we went to go register the cars today (January 2026), I was told that the cars were never transferred to our names and it's a common occurence with this specific dealership. We've went to the dealership twice since buying the cars and each time they didn't do a proper job nor give the correct paperwork.

On top of their terrible customer service and care, we did an inspection of the cars and while we were signing documents they removed the jacks and other tools and replaced the batteries with dead batteries. The cars didn't start or drive upon arrival to my house and the dealership refuses to accept any responsibility. Worst experience ever honestly.
