Do not buy from this dealer!!

Bought a Jeep Compass on 12/09/2017 left the dealer just before 10am, filled the car up at the nearest caltex and left the garage at 10:03 (as per slip) got on the highway towards Middelburg and on the N12 just before the Ogies offramp (at 11am) the clutch broke. Phoned EBK continuously from 11am until 4pm when they started ignoring my calls. Jeep in Witbank quoted R 24,000 to replace the clutch plate and also the pulleys and tensioner which is also a problem according to them. EBK refuses to pay for the repairs and refuses to take the car back and refund me my money. They are rude, arrogant and highly unprofessional. They told me the moment I left their dealership the car became my problem regardless of what the consumer act states. One of the people even said go to the ombudsman we drag these things out for years. STAY AWAY PEOPLE
