Dissatisfaction: Waiting a month for car registration papers. what is the delay can i have an answer

Almost a month siince i bought my car(Haval H1), haven't received the registration papers. I have been constantly following up with the salesman, he takes time to respond to my whatsapp and does not answer my calls.

The salesman was active and reachable before the sale went through, it turned be a nightmare after the sale went through. I fail to understand what is the delay for EBK to provide me the registration papers of the car I bought cash. This is really inconveniencing my life.
