Disgusting service and vehicle quality

I don’t know who to contact but I will get the right persons to talk to eventually.. I was at your dealers in La Rochelle on Tuesday after making an appointment to come and see/drive/buy the BMW x1 2011 for R90 000.00 and I was shocked. The car I looked at online and made an appointment for was disgusting and not even prepped.

When I got there the tyres was all flat, it had mud in the inside of the doors (rain and sand got in) and best of all there was two ladies having their lunch in the car and didn’t even bother to get out so that I can have a better look.

And all the sales man could say was “ the car has been there for a while”. He didn’t even try to make the car look decent or have it prepared for me to come and buy as I told them I am coming all the way from Mpumalanga and it’s quite a distance. Poor poor poor service.

This is disgusting service and you definitely lost a cash buy.

No effort to try and sell cars and the staff couldn’t even care less.

Worst autodealers ever.
