Dealership unresponsive to refund client that’s unhappy with the car purchased using their adverts online

The auto dealer Manager is non responsive when asked to refund R79 900 00 to me after the Renault Clio advertised & purchased online was not fitting description on picture when viewed on site, did not disclose that car may have had poor workmanship paint job on body.Big disappointment.
