Dealership refusing to give me the original papers of the car I bought

I need help

I bought a car from you guys 2 months ago I bought it cash no hassle’s or anything. But now I’m having an issue with getting the original papers for the car I’ve been sent from pillar to post . I follow up everyday I’m constantly told a different story no one is willing to help me . What is so difficult with giving me my papers I’m tired of this now and I’m tired of dealing with you guys can I just have my papers PLEASE!!!!
