Complaint

I bought a car a month ago. Up to now I haven't received registration papers and they don't even bother explaining the reason to me. Now they are no longer picking my calls or respond to my emails. I want to take the car back and cancel the contract. Premium not yet deducted but I want to cancel contract and get my deposit back. Plz help
