BE VERY CAREFUL

Be very careful of this dealership, purchased a vehicle from them, done maybe 200km if even in the vehicle and vehicle overheated and won't start, agreed with salesman that the vehicle will be checked by there mechanic and we had vehicle towed in, on arrival they refused to take vehicle in for assessment, under the CPA we have an imp**** warranty against defect on this vehicle and it is now been said that their sales agreement overrides the CPA, the issue at hand on this vehicle is not wear and tear related and thus is a latent defect.. Be very careful, needless to say, we will take the matter further.
