Bad to Best customer service

Bought a car last week and immediately starting experiencing issues. Called sales rep several times of which he made me wait for 3 days before he coukd send someone to assist. Leslybmy advise is in future ensure that u keep the cstomer informed and dont make promises u cannot keep. Wanted to say a very BIG thank u to Buggy and da Small s. They came tobcheck the check the car on Saturday, help me start and said they will collect it Monday monring to take to electrician. Monday mobring they were here took the car fixed it and brought it back within a period of 2 hours. Thank gentleman for keeping your word and freat customer service, its really appreciate. Keep doing what u do best.
