BAD SERVICE EVER

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the delay in processing my refund.

To date, I have still not received my refund. Each time I contact your office, I am informed that the transaction has been processed and that I should expect the funds the following day. However, when the promised date arrives, no payment is received.

Furthermore, when I attempt to follow up, my calls often go unanswered. On one occasion, I spoke to Mr. Cyril Khumalo, who then handed the phone to someone else and indicated that he was unavailable.

The continuous back-and-forth communication and lack of clear updates have become extremely frustrating. I simply want my refund to be processed and paid without any further delays.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to others. The level of service and communication I have received has been disappointing.
