Bad service

I bought a car almost 30 days ago from their agent Dintle Sedumedi, who went all out to make sure we get the car we needed. She checked up, sent pictures all throughout the interactions. The problem came when we went to register the car at the municipality and they told us the car is not registered on the system. When we contact the same agent, she was giving us the run around, not with the same interaction when we wanted to buy the car. She gave us her manager's number, Sameer whom my brother talked to and acknowledged everything but didn't even bother to do anything. When he tried to call him again he hung up on him multiple times and never called back. Not sure when this matter will be resolved or whether we're going to sit with an unregistered car while the municipality is going to charge me with "arrears " cost for late registration. By the way, I was asked to pay for "cool drink" in the end for all the hard work they've put in when in the end they couldn't even do the decency of registering a mere car. All about money. No one should pay you to do your job, gratitude should come effortlessly.
